Opened in 2011, this “third-wave” coffee joint immediately won praise from both food critics and neighborhood residents. Owing to the vicinity of McGill University, the typical atmosphere is young and hip (it helps that baristas look and act the part; that said, their creations are impeccably prepared).
The place is busy at most hours (except during college breaks). Besides coffee, Pikolo offers tea and light pastries. Friendly bilingual staff.
