les chiens qui poop

some one has to give me a reason for why the french do not pick after their dogs???

It's a cultural thing, I guess.

Dogs are adored much more than in other countries and the poop is looked at as a minor inconvenience, a small price to pay for the pleasure of enjoying the company of this great animal - man's best friend, in fact.

On the same topic - it is unimaginable that an owner of a US restaurant have his dog running between the tables. Many Parisian restaurant owners don't see anything wrong with it. Apparently, neither do customers.

however, the great animal's dropping smells greatily bad and they better do pick up.Anyway,I did like France better then Italy and I also think the food is better in France.
