Late-Night Conversations in Plaza Santa Ana

A typical bar scene in Plaza Santa Ana. There are several "open-air bars" like this one, surrounded by dozens of tables - pretty much every corner has one. After trying nearly all of them during the month of August, we settled on the one in the northwestern corner, close to Calle de Nuñez de Arce, as our favorite pre- and post-cena spot - it seemed to have the lowest prices and the friendliest staff.
